About

Years of leading teams, but a maker first and last. Honest products, end to end.

Good design tells the truth about a product. When it's honest, people trust it, often before they notice they do. That trust is the whole point.

UI/UX and Product Engineer, based in Athens, Greece. The work: e-commerce, mobile apps, and the systems behind them, made simple, fast, and built to grow.

The work

This is where honest design stops being a word.

All of it is built to ship and get used, not to win a deck or die in review. Real products, in real hands. Which means the only verdict that matters comes from the person on the other side of the screen.

Most of what I make lives in retail, where thousands of people meet a screen every day and none of them care how it was made. They care that it works. That is the only test I trust.

A recent retail product build

Design is a promise about what a product will do. I keep mine, without exception.

How I work

  1. Honest by default

No dark patterns, no fake urgency. If a product needs a trick to convert, it is already broken.

  2. One source of truth

Design and code run on one system, not two that drift apart. What you approve in Figma is what ships.

  3. Standards first

Semantic markup, accessibility, and performance are not extras. They are the floor, not the ceiling.

  4. Built to ship and scale

A headless stack, so the work ships quickly and grows without a rebuild.

Process

  1. Understand

The people, the constraints, and the real job the product has to do.

  2. Architect

Structure and flows first. The map before the pixels.

  3. Design

Interface, design system, and the small details people feel but never name.

  4. Build

Semantic, accessible, fast. The design and the code are one decision.

  5. Ship and grow

Launch, then sharpen it with what real use reveals.
